âś… Vendor Categories & Fees (Early Bird Rates Through August 1, 2025)
Imports/Manufactured Goods Vendor – $550
(Mass-produced or imported goods. Photos required.)
🟡 All booth spaces are 10’x10’. Additional booths may be requested (fees apply per booth).
⚠️ Please Note:
You must provide your own tent, tables, chairs, and power. HASF provides booth space only.
All displays, merchandise, and storage must fit inside your designated booth footprint—sidewalk use is strictly prohibited.
Generator use must be declared at the time of application. Day-of approvals are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
Booth placement requests may be made but are not guaranteed.
Load-in begins at 7:00 AM. All vendors must vacate by 6:00 PM sharp.
đźš« No amplified music, DJs, or performances allowed at booth spaces.
🎪 Tents must be properly weighted and secured—no stakes allowed.
